Wood Hat Bloody Butcher Red Corn Whiskey

Locally grown and ground, Bloody Butcher Red Corn is cooked, fermented, distilled and aged at Wood Hat Spirits in east central Missouri, hand-on from planting to labeling. This unique whiskey is aged in barrels made from chinkapin white oak that has been air-dried and washed by rain for years, mellowing the tannins.
