Tembo Pinot Noir

Pleasant spice and minerality runs through this light-bodied yet present Pinot Noir.  Breezy vibe but the dominate red fruit keeps it super fresh and vibrant.  Indigenous yeast. Both de-stemmed and whole cluster fruit fermentation.
