StilL 630 Big Jake White Whiskey

Big Jake was the first-ever spirit that StilL 630 created. They use malted and unmalted rye along with malted barley in their mash bill. This spirit is truly the un-aged version of their famous RallyPoint Rye Whiskey. However, they take much tighter hearts cut during distillation to preserve the essence of the delicious rye and barley grains that they revere. Named after their beloved distillery mascot and faithful companion, the owner's big white dog: Big Jake!

Tasting Notes: Nose reminiscent of grappa and agave. Bready, slightly earthy, fruity notes with a spice of rye on the palate. Smooth, clean finish.
