Scott Base Sauvignon Blanc

Crafted from sustainably-grown grapes and naturally fermented, this wine has a bit of a slow start, but it quickly shows off delightful scents of honey, tropical fruits, crisp bell peppers, and fresh herbs. The palate has a pleasantly tart acidity and a chalky texture, and though the finish may not linger, the flavor depth and pure refreshment make up for it.
