Giffard Grapefruit Liqueur

Incredible opening aroma of freshly squeezed grapefruit, pale pink color and an addictive, pillowy entry followed by lip-smacking acidity that finishes with a kiss of sweetness. After a few minutes, you can still taste the citrus pith. This can be used in so many ways, but a simple pairing with sparkling wine is probably enough to make anyone very, very happy.
