Giffard Roussillon Apricot Liqueur

Liqueur made from the slow maceration of Roussillon apricots harvested when ripe. A touch of Cognac is added to the recipe for an intense and balanced liqueur.

NOSE
Sweetness of apricot, slight vegetal hint, sweet spices (vanilla) and caramel in the finish.

TASTE
The attack on the palate, very round, very sweet, bewitches the palate by covering it with a fine layer of sweetness, reminiscent of caramelized apricot compote.
