Castle & Key Rise Seasonal Gin

While similar in approach to their Harvest Seasonal Gin release, the flavors are often opposite highlighting the bright nature of Spring and Summer. The blossoming fields surrounding Castle & Key continue to inspire the distillery and are a true testament to the vitality and vibrancy of the land which shine through in every sip of their Rise Seasonal Gin.  

Starting from a base of their rye whiskey newmake, Rise Seasonal Gin is vapor distilled with the goal of exhibiting dynamic Spring and Summer flavors from a range of distinct botanicals.  

BOTANICALS
Juniper, Coriander, Galangal Root, Earl Grey Tea, Elderberry, Lavender, Winter Green, and Chamomile.

AROMA
Elegant floral complexity highlights the nose, complemented by sweet notes of blueberry, lemon peel, and honey.

TASTE
Sweet lavender and chamomile rounded out by moderate dark berries and currants with light citrus and subtle spice.

FINISH
Lightly sweet with lemon peel and white pepper.
