Bedrock Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This wine comes from several vineyards planted across the distinct and wonderful terroirs of Sonoma County The hope is to make a wine that is perfumed and fresh but a bit more approachable in its youth. Picked at moderate ripeness levels to preserve varietal character, this was aged in predominately older oak barrels. Drink now with some air or hold for up to a decade or more.
